Payment has to be received before orders are sent out.
The stock quantity indicated is synced to our HQ's point-of-sale system. However, we cannot 100% guarantee the accuracy due to discrepancies, mis-placement etc. If stocks are unavailable in our HQ, we will try to retrieve them from other outlets or order with from the publishers/suppliers (majority of them are overseas). The availability of stocks will then be subjected to our oversea publishers/suppliers and the international delivery schedule to our stores in Malaysia. In case of out-of-stock, out-of-print or our inabilities to fulfil customers’ orders, all monies will be refunded.
The delivery charge during checkout is based on Pos Malaysia's rates and for domestic delivery within Malaysia only. Additional charges apply for the following 2 scenarios:
- If domestic customers prefer a faster delivery service than Standard Pos Malaysia services. Please do so by placing a request at the comments section during checkout.
- For delivery outside Malaysia.
(For both cases above, a payment link will be emailed for these additional charges and the parcel will only be sent out upon payment receipt).
Delivery time cannot be guaranteed because it is subjected to stock availability and our freighter Pos Malaysia's schedule. We will strive to pack and send the parcel(s) to Pos Malaysia within 2-3 working days and then they will typically deliver within 5 working days for West Malaysia and 14 working days for East Malaysia. All damages or missing items, once confirmed shipped, must be reported within one month from the online purchase or seven days from the order received.
Return Policy (for online purchases)
We will accept returns from customers for purchases sent back within 7 days from customer encountering the following conditions:
- Incorrect item(s) from the order placed due to our mixed up;
- Defective item(s) delivered. However, please take a snapshot of the packaging with the airway bill to proof damage or tampering on the parcel so that we can claim compensation from the freighter on your behalf; and
The items returned must be in its original condition. We will fully refund for the price of any item(s) that fulfill the above requirements. However, we regret that shipping cost for your purchase will only be refunded if the return had been due to an oversight on our part.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: In the event that the item(s) or parcel is undelivered and/or unclaimed by the customer from our freighter and item(s) are returned to us, the customer shall have to bear the postage and handling costs to redeliver the item(s) to our HQ/warehouse.
For returns due to change of mind or item ordered wrongly by customers, we can request our payment service provider to refund but subjected to a 3% or RM5 fee (whichever is higher).
