Q: How do I register at your webstore?
A: Simply, click on the Login Button, located at the top left corner of our webstore, and you'll be directed to Register.

 

Shipping Policies

Q: What is the shipping policy?
A: Payment has to be received before orders are shipped out.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed?

A: Shipping duration cannot be guaranteed because it is subjected to stock availability and international delivery time (see Terms & Conditions). But if stocks are available in our stores, we will strive to post them within 2 working days and the delivery time is subjected Pos Malaysia local standard mail schedule. All damages or missing items, once confirmed shipped, must be reported within one month of date ordered.

A: Your orders can be paid online via credit cards or via bank transfer as follows:

Returns Policy

Q: Can I return items that I already have or do not like?
A: All goods sold are not returnable, unless there is a manufacturing fault. In which case, the item will be exchanged with the same thing, unless out of stock. Customer can then choose a similar category product and pay the difference but no cash will be refunded. Returns must be done within 2 weeks of receiving the item/items.

Bk = Book

HC = Hardcover

CH = Chinese title

LTR = Leather

POD = Print on Demand

MM = Mass Market

MR = Market Restricted and usually not available for order

OP = Out of Print
