Q: What is the shipping policy?
A: Payment has to be received before orders are shipped out.

Q: How do i pay for my order/orders?
A: Your orders can be paid online (via Mastercard or Visa) or via the following 3 options:

Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed?
A: Please allow 2 weeks for orders to be processed and shipped to your specified destination. All damages or missing items, once confirmed shipped, must be reported within one month of date ordered. Canaanland Sdn Bhd will not hold any responsibility otherwise.

Canaanland Membership

Q: How do I become a member of Canaanland?
A: There are 2 kinds of membership available: Online Membership and Privilege Card Membership.  Online Membership is free and must be signed online to enable you to make purchases online.  Privilege Card Membership can only be applied in our store outlets.

Q: What are the benefits of becoming a Privilege Card member?
A: As a Privilege Card member of Canaanland, you will receive a 10% discount everytime you shop at either one of our store outlets (not online). For  online purchases, Privilege Card members will be entitled to Free Delivery to anywhere within Malaysia. We will also have "Members Specials", where we will offer additional discounts for certain items, over a particular period of time. Membership also ensures that you are kept up-to-date with new releases, with our "Update" emails and you have the option of receiving devotions via email from us. Privilege Card Member will also be entitled to benefits online (Canaanland reserves the right to alter these benefits)

Q: What are the Privilege Card membership policies?
A: Membership is valid only for the member and for his/her immediate family (ie. spouse and children below 21 years old).
Membership is RM20 for a 2 year period, where members are entitled to a 10% discount. Pastors/church ministry workers receive a 15% discount, valid only for goods purchased for personal use. If the purchase is made for church use, the discount applied is 10%. Membership is renewable every 2 years subject to a member's advice.

Important: The stated discounts do not apply for items highlighted in pink, nett items and any promotional specials.

Returns Policy

Q: Can I return items that I already have or do not like?
A: All goods sold are not returnable, unless there is a manufacturing fault. In which case, the item will be exchanged with the same thing, unless out of stock. Customer can then choose a similar category product and pay the difference but no cash will be refunded. Returns must be done within 2 weeks of receiving the item/items.
