Welcome to Canaanland Online. By accessing our website, you agree to be legally bound by and abide to these Terms of Service listed below.

1. Shipping Cost & Handling Fee - 10% of Order Total or RM5, whichever is higher.  Applies only to delivery within Malaysia using Pos Malaysia standard mail.  Additional courier charges applies for faster mail services.
   
   
2. Shipping Duration cannot be guaranteed because it is subjected to stock availability and international delivery time (see below).  But if stocks are available in our stores, we will strive to deliver within 2 weeks’ working days via Pos Malaysia local standard mail.
   
   
3. Stocks Unavailability: If stocks are unavailable in our stores, we will place orders with our publishers/suppliers (majority of them are overseas).  The availability of stocks will then be subjected to our oversea publishers/suppliers and the international delivery schedule to our stores in Malaysia.  In case of out-of-stock, out-of-print or our inabilities to fulfil customers’ orders, all monies will be refunded.

   The types of personal information that Canaanland collects generally includes your name, telephone number, mailing address, delivery address, email address, account details and credit card details.
   
   If it is reasonable and practicable to do so, Canaanland will collect personal information directly from you. We may collect personal information when you deal with Canaanland over the phone, when you send us correspondence (such as letters, faxes and emails), when you register on our Web site, when you submit queries and other forms on our Web site and when you request a catalogue.
   
   Should you not wish to provide the requested personal information, you may purchase products from Canaanland via one of our stores by paying in cash in full at the time of purchase.
   
   Failure to provide us sufficient information on our website may result in a delay in providing you with goods or services requested from us or may mean that we cannot provide you with those goods or services.
   
   You should sign out or close your browser once you have completed your online shopping within our Web site to ensure others cannot access your personal information.
   
   Customer Information
   
   In consideration for your use of the service provided on our website, you agree to provide true, accurate, updated and complete information about yourself as asked for in the New Registration Form. You also agree to promptly update your personal information from time to time to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
   
   You are prohibited from using a login name or e-mail address which breaches the intellectual property or other property right of any person or entity.
   
   Canaanland reserves the right to prohibit the use of any login name or e-mail which, in Canaanland’s sole discretion deems inappropriate.
   
   Login Name and Password
   
   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login name and password to any other person. You are not to disclose your password to any other person. You are responsible for the use of your account, whether or not authorized by you.
   
   You shall immediately notify us if it comes to your knowledge that your password has been compromised or there has been unauthorized use of your account.
   
   Canaanland shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind suffered by you as a result of unauthorized use of your login name and password.
   
   Canaanland Privilege Card Membership
   
   Canaanland Privilege Card can only be applied in our stores and will entitle you to benefits in our stores and online. Canaanland reserves the right to alter these benefits.
   
   Termination of Use
   
   Canaanland reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you provide us with false, misleading, not current or incomplete Registration Information or if you violate any of there Terms.  Canaanland shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected violation of these rules and any decision it makes relating the termination of your account shall be final and binding.
   
   Changes to Privacy Policy
   
   Canaanland’s information practices and Privacy Policy will be monitored and, if necessary, revised from time to time. Canaanland will notify you of any amendments to its Privacy Policy by posting an updated version on its website.
